Simple, clear terms.
What counts as a question?
Each AI request counts once, including follow-up questions, retries, web research, file analysis, and stopped responses. A provider failure before any answer refunds that free question. Reading sources, managing projects, and searching saved chat titles do not use the allowance.
What happens after six?
Your next AI request requires Premium. You can still sign in, read and export saved chats, and manage your projects. Deleting chats or projects does not reset the allowance.
What does Premium include?
Premium includes US$2 of AI provider usage per verified paid monthly period, with up to 20 requests per day and shared site capacity. When the cost allowance is exhausted, AI requests pause until your next paid renewal. Unused allowance does not roll over. Top-ups are not currently offered. Image, PDF and voice API processing are not included. Features remain subject to availability. It does not include a ChatGPT subscription or access to third-party paid services.
How does cancellation work?
Use Manage subscription to cancel future renewals. A subscription canceled at the end of its current paid period keeps access until that date. Failed renewal payments and expired subscriptions do not grant Premium access.
